Terms & Conditions
Estimates, Quotations, and Client Responsibilities
All estimates or quotations are provided based on our understanding of your requirements and the specified timeframe. Any changes in functionality, including minor adjustments, may result in additional costs. These changes must be confirmed and clarified during a face-to-face meeting.
By accepting a quotation, you agree to LEVEL7's terms and conditions. Acceptance can be made verbally, via email, through payment, or by signature.
Clients must ensure that all requirements are clearly outlined in the Proposal/Quote/Estimate and that we fully understand their needs. It is the client's responsibility to provide detailed instructions and specific requirements. If detailed instructions are not provided, we will proceed based on our understanding, and any discrepancies arising later may incur additional costs.
Scope of Work and Project Management
Any complications related to specific tasks must be communicated in advance and included in the proposal for accurate costing. We rely on clients to disclose the full scope of work at the time of quotation. LEVEL7 will not be liable for discrepancies resulting from unclear requirements.
Each project has a limited manpower allocation. Minor changes can be accommodated within the allocated hours. Significant changes will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and the nature of the change.
LEVEL7 will make every effort to complete the project or changes within the agreed timeframe. Delays may occur if the scope of work is redefined or revised. Delays caused by the client may extend the proposed timeframe and result in additional costs.
Bugs, Revisions, and Content Submission
No additional charges will be incurred for bugs (programming errors) reported during or immediately after development. Minor bugs or changes during the after-sales service period will also be addressed free of charge.
Changes made after the design is approved will incur additional charges. However, unlimited revisions are allowed before the design is finalized.
All website/application content and related materials must be provided within the first two weeks of the project's commencement. Delays in content submission may result in project delays and additional charges.
Testing, Hosting, and Project Suspension
Our websites/applications are tested on PCs using the latest versions of Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. Mobile testing is conducted on Google Pixel and Apple iPhone. If testing on additional browsers or devices is required, please inform us in advance.
Responsive/multi-device websites or apps are tested on Android and iPhone. Testing on other devices must be discussed in advance.
If your website/application is hosted on your own server, additional services related to server or network issues are not included in our quotation and may be charged separately.
A $99/week administrative fee will be applied if the project is suspended for more than two calendar months. Suspending the project may also increase the previously approved estimate. To avoid additional charges, notify us in writing in advance. The account must be up to date for the project to be put on hold without incurring fees.
Licensing and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, LEVEL7 and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material produced by LEVEL7. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may use the materials for your personal or business use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
Republish material produced by LEVEL7.
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from LEVEL7.
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from LEVEL7.

This agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Copyright and Code Usage
LEVEL7's software codes (excluding open-source software) are copyrighted by LEVEL7. Codes may be transferred for use once all invoices are settled, provided they are used only by the specific client or subsequent owners of that legal entity for development or modification purposes. Resale or duplication of codes is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Components and Open-Source Products
Depending on the required functionality, third-party software, payment gateways, or SSL certificates may be involved in the development. These costs are not included in our initial quotation and will be the client's responsibility. Costs for third-party components (e.g., SSL, payment gateways, Google AdWords, plugin licenses) may be added as needed.
LEVEL7 is not responsible for open-source products such as WordPress, Open Source Cart, Joomla, etc. It is the client's responsibility to update all components and third-party software, except for after-sales options.
